Meet The Team

Coach Koda Thor has been coaching and training youth and high school athletes since 2018. He is a former Mira Costa Football Captain who was an all-league running back and linebacker. Koda has since gone on to graduate from Auburn University with a Psychology and Sports Communication degree. He is pursuing a career in coaching and ministry.

Coach Carpino has been working with Future Five Stars since the very first camp. He is a former all-area quarterback and captain at Mira Costa. Nick has always had a passion for sports and working with kids. He graduated from Auburn University in 2023 with a degree in Finance. Nick is pursuing a career in sports entertainment.

Coach Kaiserman has been an integral part of Future Five Stars since its inception in 2019. Brian had the original idea to start a football camp. He is a graduate from University of Wisconsin with a degree in Real Estate and Marketing.

Coach Darrow has been involved with sports business for the past five years. He is a recent graduate of UCLA where he earned a degree in Business Economics and Statistics. Nick has coached youth football for five years.

Coach Zane Thor was a team captain at Mira Costa high school where he played linebacker and running back. He now studies Finance at Texas Christian University and is a member of the BNSF Neely Leadership program.

Coach Crotty is a recent Mira Costa High School graduate where he was the Varsity Football Team Captain. He was all CIF as a wide receiver his senior season. Cole now plays football at Johns Hopkins University.
